MINUTES OF MEETING
The minutes of the 6/20 meeting were approved as written. Mr. Kovach brought the committee up to date on the continuing process of trying to vacate a total of 6 lots from the plat maps. He stated a hearing in front of the Lincoln County Commissioners was scheduled for the following day.
Copies of the 2010 audited financial report were distributed. Mr. Kovach stated that 2009 comparable figures were not shown in order to get a qualified audited statement. Future annual audited reports will go back to having the previous year’s figures shown.
June, 2011 financial statements were distributed. Committee members will study them and email any questions to Kirk.
The committee began a discussion of a process to consolidate the governing documents of SVRA. The goal is to help the BOD be sure they are following correct procedures.
