In 2016-2017 the SVRA Board of Directors evaluated the previous engineering reports concerning the Barn and Silo Complex. After much review and discussion the Board of Directors opted to remove the Silo portion of the Barn and Silo. Demolition of the Silo was completed in April 2017. The Board then began the process of replacing this portion of the building. Below are images of the facility replacing the silo. Construction to replace the Silo to begin Summer of 2018.

In April 2020, SVRA moved into the newly completed Cedar Creek Center. Landscaping and other improvements continue.
