The celebration begins with a Flag Ceremony at 7:30 am at the Pavillion. Golf Cart Parade, races, games and a carnival make this an event to remember! Bring the whole family and join in the fun!

Are you planning on building here at the Ranch? The SVRA and the Town of SVR work together to help residents complete the building process. Open one of the links below to download the SVRA building permit request form. You can visit the Town's website to see their requirements. The Building Permit was updated in May 2008!! Please be sure that you are presenting the most current permit request.
