Heather Bigelow

Heather is a Wyoming native with many years of both recreation and office management experience.  Her experience includes an impressive variety of jobs.  For many years she has managed golf courses, been an Events Coordinator, and worked as an Accountant in an office setting.  Heather has already implemented her organizational skills to help the Association clean up years of accumulated paperwork.  She brings many strong qualities to the Association office that will benefit the Membership.

Kelly Alldaffer

Kelly has recently relocated to StarValley after living in Texas for the last ten years.  Originally from Utah, she is glad to be back in the West.  Kelly has many years of customer service experience, ranging from retail sales, five years as a Flight Attendant, and over six years in banking, the last year as a licensed Stock Broker.  She is looking forward to working with the Membership to make each contact with the Association Office a pleasant one.

Facilities Superintendent

Ernie Bigelow

Ernie has been our Facilities Superintendent for the last seven years.  Originally he hails from Montana, but has lived locally for the last several years.  Ernie has years of experience in a multitude of trades, including all phases of construction and facilities maintenance.  Ernie uses his skills to keep the Ranch operating smoothly, with an emphasis on safety and sustainability.  He is responsible for the majority of the Association’s assets, and he excels in his position with conscientious attention to details and a “Can do” attitude.

Greens Superintendent

Mark Spraktes

The Association has been lucky to retain Mark as the Greens Superintendent for the last five years.  He has a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance and Construction, and uses that along with over twenty years of golf course maintenance experience to keep the greens here at the Ranch in tip top shape.  Mark has intimate and detailed knowledge of all course operations and keeps his staff educated and in top performance.  Mark demonstrates great pride in his efforts and has achieved terrific results to improve the Association’s most valuable asset, our golf courses!
