Pro Tip by Randall King:

Hole 1 On Cedar Creek is a slight dogleg left.  The best position for a drive would be the right center of the fairway.  The second shot into the green does go a little uphill so you might need an extra club to get to the green.  The green slopes slightly from back to front so make sure to watch the pin position.
